What technology is included for agents?

BOSSS® is our technology and marketing suite offered free to the agent. It includes a lead generating CRM; customizable agent IDX websites; seller lead generation tool; transaction management; virtual tour/property site platform; marketing material design site; social media management tool; training/coaching libraries; and the single-sign-on BOSSS® Hub. In addition to BOSSS® Core, BOSSS® Plus provides our agents with heavily discounted offerings including BombBomb, FedEx Office, Google/Facebook advertising, yard signs, and marketing materials. Brokers also receive software for accounting management and our proprietary automated agent onboarding portal.

What lead generation does JPAR® provide?

JPAR® agents can get leads through several different sources. Every agent receives a free lead-generating website and seller lead generation page. JPAR® has a number of lead networks available at no upfront cost to the agents including a national referral network and a partnership with OpCity. We also provide agents the ability to purchase Google and Facebook advertising to drive more traffic to their site and generate more leads.

What kind of training is available for franchisees?

Franchise owners participate in “Broker School,” a week of training on how to run your office. We go over every aspect of running your business including best practices, compliance, marketing, recruiting, strategy, and space planning. In addition, we hold weekly coaching and training video calls for our franchise owners.

What kind of business owner support will I receive?

Our franchise support staff will guide you through the transition to JPAR® and getting your agents comfortable with our systems. Once in business, we are there with you when you have any issues or concerns arise during your day-to-day operation. Our staff has decades of experience in opening, growing, and operating real estate offices, and we’re invested in your success.Owners should also rest assured that we handle a portion of your compliance and administrative burden by onboarding new agents, handling document review, and sending necessary funding documents to title. This allows you to focus on the parts of your business that matter to you most.

What training is offered to agents?

JPAR® offers over 100 training sessions per month through a combination of live in-person and webinar training. What does it cost to franchise with JPAR®?

JPAR’s fee model is transaction fee-based to both the broker and the agent, while at the same time offering superior technology, support and training with a productivity standard and service-based culture. In addition to a standard initial franchising fee, franchise offices pay 70% less than they would with competing national brands for royalties due to our innovative flat-fee franchising model. Offices close a number of transactions every month at no additional cost and pay a flat fee for every transaction closed beyond that.
